Job summary

Muncie Power Products, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Manager in Tulsa, OK. The role leads Lean Enterprise initiatives, supervises machining and process improvement, and ensures safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have CNC experience, Lean training, and strong communication skills to drive cross‑functional collaboration and department performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading Lean Enterprise initiatives in a factory setting.
• Experience supervising a machining/production department and driving safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Lean Enterprise systems in Tulsa Facility.
• Supervise machinist activities and process improvements.
• Drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery across departments.
• Lead value stream mapping and Lean project execution.
• Staffing, performance management, and disciplinary actions as needed.
