Job summary

Muncie Power Products, Inc. in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee maintenance, safety, and operations across HVAC, electrical, and CNC equipment. You will drive reliability, supervise the maintenance team, and partner with vendors to keep machinery and facilities running smoothly.

The role requires 5 years of maintenance experience, 3 years in leadership, and Lean Enterprise training. On-site position with competitive benefits and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Requires 5 years of previous maintenance experience.
• 3 years of Lead or Supervisory experience.
• Formally trained in Lean Enterprise.
• Capable of creating change across functional boundaries.
• Flexible to perform a variety of assignments.
• Persuasive speaker with charisma.
• General understanding of HVAC systems, hydraulics and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.
• Knowledge of manufacturing functions, CNC programming and robotics support.
