Process Technology in Northeast Ohio is seeking a Machine Shop Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, mentor machinists, and drive quality and efficiency in a full-time, non-exempt role. You will implement Lean initiatives, manage safety and housekeeping, and coordinate with management to achieve production goals, with Mastercam, CNC, and G&M code experience valued.

• Knowledge of machining and machine shop operations.
• Mastercam experience.
• CNC manufacturing experience and G&M code programming.
• Prior supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day machine shop operations and assist machinists.
• Drive waste reduction through Lean methodology.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure safety protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement through team problem solving and recognition of high performance.
• Manage departmental goals and coordinate with management.
• Schedule overtime according to production and business needs.
