Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with Processing Manager and internal/external customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill set.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously develop 5S system.
• Communicate with Improvement Leaders and Managers on Lean objectives.
• Facilitate Kaizen projects.
• Perform Production Improvement pitches.
• Analyze value stream data.
