A leading manufacturing company is searching for a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to assist in enhancing operations through lean methodologies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a High School Diploma. Responsibilities include maintaining 5S systems, facilitating Kaizen projects, and collaborating with team members. Full-time position with flexible hours and travel requirements. Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with Processing Manager and internal/external customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill set.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and continuously develop 5S system.
• Communicate with Improvement Leaders and Managers on Lean objectives.
• Facilitate Kaizen projects.
• Perform Production Improvement pitches.
• Analyze value stream data.
