• Strong organizational, management, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a high competency in Excel.
• Strong analytical thinker.
• Degree in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Apply Lean principles to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Plan workforce, space, and workflow for maximum efficiency.
• Estimate production times, staffing, and costs for decisions.
• Communicate capabilities and schedules to support production.
• Coordinate with vendors on specs and equipment.
• Project manage upgrades, installations, tooling design.
• Participate in contract reviews for major projects.
• Evaluate products against specs and quality standards.
• Ensure health and safety reviews for new/altered equipment.
• Travel as needed for business needs.
