Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial)
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably in oil & gas equipment
• Previous Oracle experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Able to lead and work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel

Responsabilités

• Provide innovative and cost-effective manufacturing processes and solutions.
• Evaluate current manufacturing processes by conducting time studies and costing reviews.
• Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching testing methods, and conferring with equipment vendors; create SOPs and workflow diagrams.
• Create and maintain routers in Oracle for manufactured products.
• Review and sign-off on Engineering Change Orders that impact Inventory.
• Assist with investigation, root cause analysis and corrective action for quality issues.
• Identify cost-effective technology solutions for current and new products.
• Improve efficiency by planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
• Lead LEAN implementations and Six Sigma projects.
• Establish new processes using LEAN concepts: standardized work, line balancing, layout optimization, and value stream mapping.
• Design testing methods with QA and ensure product/process quality.
• Produce KPIs and reports on manufacturing processes.
