Responsibilities

• Supervise daily mechanical assembly operations and oversee staff.
• Balance workloads to meet production targets and timelines.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings to set daily expectations and tasks.
• Track labor using ERP system (Oracle) and ensure efficient utilization.
• Provide leadership to shop leads and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Analyze work orders and blueprints to optimize materials and sequence.
• Keep Production Manager updated on project progress.
• Order and requisition shop supplies as needed.
• Develop and improve assembly methods for efficiency and safety.
