Job summary

Actalent seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to lead planning and implementation of manufacturing processes, driving lean improvements and cost reductions while ensuring product quality and cross-functional collaboration. You will develop SOPs, optimize lead times, and mentor teammates in a fast-paced, on-site Leetsdale facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering is required; BSME or BSIE preferred.
• Minimum seven years leading or engineering experience with a track record of manufacturing improvements.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; fluid power industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and implement manufacturing processes to support cost-effective production and quality.
• Resolve technical manufacturing issues across cross-functional processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement QC requirements with Quality Department to maintain product/process quality.
