Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field required.
• Five years minimum manufacturing experience.
• Three years of manufacturing management in an organization with 100+ employees.
• Knowledge of automotive/industrial manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and development of engineering professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop the Engineering team to support manufacturing objectives.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies, processes, and best practices to improve performance.
• Monitor engineering team performance and provide coaching and guidance.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to hit milestones.
• Oversee budgeting and allocation of engineering resources.
• Evaluate capital equipment investments based on business needs.
• Provide technical input for new business opportunities and launches.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of engineering data and documentation.
• Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing technology and practices.
• Promote kaizen and continuous improvement across processes.
