Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Lean Manufacturing basics and workcell layout understanding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish optimum manufacturing cell configuration from inflow to outflow.
• Standardize routings, process descriptions, material flow and throughput.
• Provide input for facility planning and plant layouts; perform capacity studies.
• Support health and safety and OSHA requirements in the workplace.
• Demonstrate leadership and guide junior staff on projects.
