Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent.
• Three years of experience in engineering or related field.
• Eight years progressive professional level experience in engineering or project/program management.

Responsibilities

• Using engineering and continuous improvement techniques, establishes optimum manufacturing cell configuration and product flow.
• Leads process of systemization and standardization of routings, process descriptions, material flow/usage and throughput within Lean Manufacturing.
• Provides input for facility planning, plant layouts, and performs capacity studies to maximize efficiency.
• May provide work direction and supervision to other staff.
• Understand and follow health and safety requirements, including OSHA compliance.
