Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Ten years’ experience in engineering or related field; or equivalent.
• Heavy automation and automotive experience.
• Strong leadership and staff management experience.
• Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to conduct problem solving and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Supports manufacturing with engineering to resolve issues and implement new products into production.
• Lead process design to optimize product flow in the manufacturing cell.
• Perform DOE analyses to optimize operating parameters.
• Monitor costs and timelines for assigned projects.
• Mentor and train Manufacturing Engineers.
• Ensure safety standards and procedures are followed.
