Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end manufacturing and material flow throughout the facility.
• Develop current-state and future-state manufacturing flow maps.
• Lead facility layout redesign projects to support production growth.
• Lead Value Stream Mapping (Current State / Future State).
• Drive Kaizen events and lean tooling implementations.
• Develop KPI dashboards to monitor OEE, lead time, throughput, and inventory flow.
