• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, Standard Work, waste elimination, Value Stream Mapping).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on engineering support to manufacturing operations and troubleshoot production issues.
• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, equipment, and work instructions.
• Support CI initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to reduce waste and improve cycle time.
• Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Review and process engineering information through change notices and Continuous Improvement requests.
