Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in manufacturing engineering.

• Drafting skills and experience with electrical wiring.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and coaching of engineers or engineering technicians.
• Conduct complex engineering calculations and prepare reports.
• Manage cycle time balance and determine assembly fixturing.

Skills

Experience with HVAC products

Detail oriented

Verbal and written communication skills

Ability to read and interpret documentation

Familiarity with ERP systems

Experience handling EAR-99 and ITAR documentation

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering or related field

Tools

2D/3D CAD experience (Siemens NX preferred)
