Job summary

Join nVent Trachte in Oregon, WI as a production operations leader. You will guide the production teams to deliver safe, efficient manufacturing, while applying Lean methodologies to reduce waste and improve value streams.

The role emphasizes leadership, cost control, and strong alignment with ISO9001 standards. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction management or manufacturing, 3+ years in leadership, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business-related field preferred.
5+ years experience in construction management or manufacturing preferred.
3+ years proven experience in a leadership role preferred.
Lean environment experience preferred.
Experience with ISO9001 would be a plus.
Prior knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for the operations and personnel of the production operations teams.
Lead safe, efficient, productive, and economical manufacturing operations.
Utilize lean tools to continuously improve cost and service metrics.
Act as a change agent and drive out waste using Lean methodologies.
Track daily performance and ensure counter measures are in place for missed targets.
