Lean Manager

Lead all activities within an assigned value stream to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets. Manage staffing, resource allocation, production priorities, and capacity planning to meet customer demand. Develop, coach, and mentor supervisors while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and operational excellence programs throughout the value stream. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to improve operational performance. Maintain accountability for key business metrics including safety, quality, productivity, inventory, delivery, cost, and employee engagement.

A successful Lean Manager should have: 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience within a production environment. Experience leading supervisors and frontline manufacturing teams. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred. Experience in aerospace or other regulated manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
