Job summary

Lean Manager

Develop, coach, and mentor supervisors while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and operational excellence programs throughout the value stream. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to improve operational performance. Maintain accountability for key business metrics including safety, quality, productivity, inventory, delivery, cost, and employee engagement.
