Job Description

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
• Develop, implement and monitor production schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality and cost reduction.
• Manage and mentor production supervisors and manufacturing personnel to maximize team performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and health & safety requirements.
• Analyse operational metrics and production data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Partner with engineering, supply chain, logistics and other cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing effectiveness.
• Report operational performance, challenges and improvement opportunities to senior leadership.
• Support strategic initiatives that enhance plant profitability, efficiency and overall performance.

The successful candidate will be an experienced manufacturing leader with a strong background in production management within a high-volume industrial or manufacturing environment. Key requirements include:
