Job summary

Michael Page seeks a Lean Manager to lead all activities within an assigned manufacturing value stream in Laconia, NH. You will drive Lean initiatives, manage staffing and capacity planning, and partner with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to improve performance.

The role requires 5+ years of manufacturing leadership, strong coaching of supervisors, and a Bachelor's degree; aerospace experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading supervisors and frontline manufacturing teams.
• Proven success driving continuous improvement and operational performance initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in aerospace or other regulated manufacturing environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities within an assigned value stream to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.
• Manage staffing, resource allocation, production priorities, and capacity planning to meet customer demand.
• Develop, coach, and mentor supervisors to build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and operational excellence programs throughout the value stream.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to improve operational performance.
