seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the day-to-day maintenance of the production area, driving safety, quality, cost and delivery targets while using Lean principles to improve performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to address safety, quality and efficiency concerns. The role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, experience in production maintenance, and the ability to act as a change agent within the team.

Qualifications

• College degree or technical certificate required.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in production/manufacturing.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience with maintenance in production/manufacturing environment.
• Lean Manufacturing: Standardized Work, Continuous Improvement, 5S, JIT.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians in repair, replacement, installation, and preventive maintenance of the building and equipment.
• Schedule maintenance staff for day-to-day line support, in-house repair, breakdown responses, PTO, overtime and weekend work.
• Plan and implement a Preventative Maintenance schedule for all processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers to address failure issues on parts and services.
• Report and trend monthly maintenance data including downtime and MTTR/MTBF.
