Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Logistics Manager in Cincinnati, OH to supervise the logistics staff and drive continuous improvement of distribution processes. You will oversee routing, receiving, and shipment activities, ensuring accurate receipting, counting, and delivery to agencies.

Responsibilities include maintaining DOT records, ensuring vehicle inspections and maintenance, and coordinating with leasing/maintenance contractors. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in distribution/warehouse management or logistics.
• Experience with lean management principles.
• Experience with truck routing systems.
• DOT certification (CDL B) and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Logistics staff and support continuous improvement of processes through problem solving.
• Oversee routing, receiving, and shipment of products for member agencies.
• Ensure DOT records and vehicle maintenance are up to date and compliant.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with Feeding America, local, state, and federal rules.
