Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in science or related field.
• 3+ years of laboratory experience with 2+ years of LIS operating.
• 1+ years’ experience monitoring and analyzing lab metrics.
• Demonstrated understanding of lab processes and TAKT time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve Lean solutions for high-volume labs.
• Lead cross-functional Lean transformation projects.
• Monitor KPIs and report impact of improvements.
• Collaborate with lab management to implement workflow enhancements.
