Job summary

Atkore International in Eugene, OR is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to manage raw materials and finished goods inventory to meet production and distribution needs. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will oversee cycle counts, data entry, and reconciliations in our JDE system.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of inventory control experience, knowledge of JDE or Sage, and a lean mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of inventory control experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or supply chain.
• Knowledge of inventory control software (JDE, Sage) required; Lean knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Administrate inventory cycle counts and develop SOPs for inventory control processes.
• Receive and issue finished goods into the computer system.
• Investigate quantity discrepancies using cycle counts, receipts, and packing slips.
• Prepare cycle count reports and track reconciled vs non-reconciled counts.
• Coordinate vendor communication regarding raw material deliveries and ensure material supply.
