Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years inventory control experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration/management preferred; HS diploma required.
• Knowledge of JDE and Sage inventory software.
• Lean Daily Management knowledge preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Detail oriented with good math and counting ability.

Responsibilities

• Administrate inventory cycle counts (daily/monthly/annually) and enter adjustments; develop SOPs.
• Receive and issue finished goods into the system database.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies using movement reports, receipts, counts and packing slips.
• Prepare cycle count reports and track reconciled vs non-reconciled counts.
• Coordinate physical inventory activities with shipping and assess variances in JDE.
• Manage raw materials end-of-month counts and weekly variances in JDE.
• Oversee raw material additives and resin inventories; coordinate deliveries.
• Enter data for the Recycled Usage report.
• Coordinate vendor communications to prevent stockouts and ensure material availability.
• Reconcile daily/weekly cycle counts and finalize variances.
