Job summary

Jabil in the United States seeks a Production & Operational Excellence Manager to lead all injection molding manufacturing operations, drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, and ensure safe, efficient, high-quality production.

You will coordinate across Planning, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Tooling, Materials and Supply Chain, mentor teams, manage budgets, and champion continuous improvement to meet delivery goals and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent experience.
• 7-10+ years in injection molding manufacturing.
• 3-5+ years in leadership or management.
• Proven Lean Manufacturing, CI, and Operational Excellence success.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, tooling, and high-volume manufacturing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily injection molding operations and drive improvements.
• Optimize resources and monitor key KPIs (OEE, downtime, scrap).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Planning, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Tooling, Materials, and Supply Chain.
• Lead Lean initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, SMED, VSM, Visual Management, Six Sigma).
• Ensure safety, quality, GMP compliance; mentor production teams.
