Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Production & Operational Excellence Manager to lead all injection molding manufacturing operations and drive continuous improvement across the facility, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective production while meeting customer delivery goals.

You will champion Lean and Six Sigma (Kaizen, 5S, SMED, VSM), coordinate cross-functional teams (Planning, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Tooling, Materials, Supply Chain), mentor staff, and manage budgets to enable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent experience.
7-10+ years of injection molding manufacturing experience.
3-5+ years of leadership or management experience.
Proven success in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence programs.
Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, tooling, materials, automation systems, and high-volume manufacturing.
