Qualifications

• Must possess the ability to analyze and resolve issues quickly through root cause analysis and drive change back to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead ergonomics improvement and problem solving through IE actions.
• Lead workstation set up and optimization.
• Interface with union/works council and Health and Safety to settle job disputes and ergonomic issues.
• Lead headcount cost savings projects and supervise monthly tracking of progress in WAVE and LRPT.
• Lead future model labor development (design, cycle line layouts, allocations) and provide IE training.
