- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of value stream mapping and Yamazumi.
Responsibilities
- Drive development and installation of labor standards and methods.
- Conduct ergonomics evaluations.
- Analyze process constraints and cycle time.
- Review plant layout, processes, and routing for improvements.
- Develop cost-saving project proposals and write projects.
- Interface with Production Supervision and the UAW to settle job disputes.
