Littelfuse, a Chicago-based industrial technology company, is seeking an Industrial Engineer for continuous improvement to design and implement efficient plant layouts, optimize material flow, and lead layout redesigns for new products.

The role requires a degree in Industrial Engineering and 3–5 years of experience; proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Minitab; lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and DOE knowledge; join a team dedicated to improving productivity and reducing costs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Industrial Engineering course.
• 3–5 years of experience in continuous improvement.
• Proficient in MS Office including MS Project, Minitab, and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of SPC, QC Tools, FMEA, DOE; experienced in Minitab.
