Littelfuse is seeking a Line Technician to support zero-defect manufacturing by optimizing uptime and performing precise hardware and software interface work on testers and handlers. You will lead changeovers, diagnose issues, and work with engineers to reduce rework and improve throughput.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience, an associate degree or technical/trade degree, and proficiency in MS Office with CAD familiarity.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical/trade degree required.
• Five to seven years of manufacturing experience is required.
• Proficient in MS Office, analytical mindset, and strong communication skills; CAD experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform full-recipe and hardware changeovers for production runs on automated power device handlers and testers.
• Lead advanced mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize OEE.
• Ensure proper docking, signal integrity, and communications between testers and handlers.
• Maintain logs of equipment maintenance, calibration, and pass-down reports for incoming shifts.

Guided by our principles We Care, We Succeed With Our Customers, and We Own the Outcome, we work collaboratively, think boldly, and deliver solutions that move industries forward.# **Line Technician**The role will be the technical go-to person for ensuring zero-defect manufacturing by optimizing equipment uptime, performing precise product conversions, and rapidly diagnosing hardware and software interface issues between testers and handlers.**About the job:*** Perform full-recipe and hardware changeovers (kits, change parts) for production runs on automated Power devices handlers and testers.* Lead advanced mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting on complex final test equipment to minimize MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and maximize OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).* Ensure seamless docking, communication, and signal integrity between power/parametric testers and high-volume gravity-feed, strip, or pick-and-place handlers.* Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot laser marking systems to ensure precise device tracking, clear branding, and zero alignment defects.* Collaborate with Test and Quality Engineers to investigate high-reject rates, jam loops, and false failures (re-test optimization).* Maintain detailed logs of equipment maintenance, calibration records, and generate clear pass-down reports for the incoming shift.* Other duties as assigned.**About you:*** Associate degree, two-year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred* Five to seven years of experience* Proficient in MS Office* Analytical skills* Strong communication skills* Experience with CAD* High attention to detailAt Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
