Qualifications

• Education options: HS diploma with 5 years healthcare experience; or Associate’s with 3 years; or Bachelor’s with 1 year.
• Green Belt training or equivalent preferred.
• PM certification preferred.
• MS Word and PowerPoint proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance improvement projects with leaders, staff and clinicians.
• Facilitate activities to design, develop, modify and implement improved healthcare delivery processes.
