Job summary
MaineHealth is seeking an Engineering Coordinator to support engineering departments across the system and standardize the Computerized Maintenance Management System. You will help manage service contracts, invoicing, purchasing and accounts payable while maintaining regulatory compliance documentation.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma required; trade school certification, data analytics/computer science degree, or similar education preferred.
- License/Certifications: A valid driver's license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in a healthcare facility, maintenance or construction environment.
- Must complete training to become proficient as a super-user for engineering programs, including but not limited to the current Computerized Maintenance Management System within 3 months of hire.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel skills using macros and dashboard functionality. Experience with Enterprise Application Software (EAS).

- Provide operational support to engineering departments across MaineHealth.
- Maintain standardization for the Computerized Maintenance Management System.
- Assist with service contracts, invoicing, purchasing and accounts payable.
- Maintain regulatory compliance documentation.
- Collaborate across departments to improve business processes.
