Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and manage a 10–12 person production team on the floor.
• Drive daily execution, maintain safety, and ensure ISO/GMP compliance.
• Lead Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, root-cause analysis) on the floor.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and align with plant management.
