Job summary

GenScript USA Inc./ProBio Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor (Lean) to lead the manufacturing floor and a 10–12 person team.

This role emphasizes direct floor management, Lean-driven process improvements, and alignment with production goals to keep lines running smoothly and staff motivated. The position focuses on hands-on leadership, Lean training, and cross‑functional collaboration to sustain high efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on floor team management in manufacturing/production.
• Demonstrated success managing teams of 10 technicians with staff retention.
• Solid understanding and application of Lean manufacturing principles on daily shop-floor operations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with factory leaders and floor staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage a team of 10–12 technicians on the production floor.
• Foster a high-retention, supportive workplace culture to minimize turnover.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and skill-matrix development for floor staff.
• Balance workload, shift handovers and resource management to keep the team engaged.
