Job summary

GenScript USA Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor (Lean) to lead a 10–12 person on-site manufacturing team on the molecular biology floor. You will drive daily execution, improve processes with Lean tools, and ensure safe, compliant operations while maintaining high team morale.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement. A Bachelor’s degree with Lean experience (and Six Sigma) is preferred, with salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Certification in lean production; Six Sigma (Green Belt or above) preferred.
• Experience leading cross‑functional lean improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site supervision of 10–12 technicians on the production floor.
• Drive Lean initiatives to improve cost, quality and delivery.
• Monitor daily operations and ensure safety and ISO/GMP compliance.
• Mentor staff, conduct performance reviews, and drive retention.
