The role focuses on direct floor leadership with Lean-driven continuous improvement and cross‑functional coordination. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on supervision in manufacturing, strong Lean expertise, and excellent communication to align with factory leadership while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on floor team management in manufacturing/production.
• Experience managing 10+ technicians with a focus on retention and culture.
• Solid Lean manufacturing knowledge with practical shop-floor application.
• Strong communication to manage up to factory leaders and floor staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct, on-site supervision of 10–12 technicians on the production floor.
• Lead Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen) and continuous improvement on the floor.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance (ISO/GMP) and meet output targets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and factory management; troubleshoot bottlenecks.
