Job summary

GenScript USA Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Supervisor to oversee a manufacturing floor, leading 10–12 technicians, driving daily execution and Lean initiatives. The role emphasizes people management, safety, quality, and cross‑functional coordination, with a strong focus on retention and a supportive team culture.

Salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 and depends on experience. The position requires Lean expertise, hands-on manufacturing leadership, and the ability to implement Lean

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IE, Mechanical, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or related fields.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or above preferred).
• Experience leading cross-department lean improvement projects (5S, TPM, VSM, SMED, standardized work).

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and manage a team of 10–12 technicians and floor specialists.
• Cultivate an engaging workplace culture with strong retention.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and skill development.
• Balance workload, shifts, and resources to keep the team productive.
