Job summary

Electrolux Home Products, Inc. in Springfield, TN seeks a Press Manager on 2nd shift to support the Press Team. You will oversee cavity fabrication, enameling, silkscreen and gluing areas, plus production, scheduling, quality and people management in a lean manufacturing environment.

The role requires a bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience or 10+ years in a similar setting. Excellent change leadership and continuous improvement skills are essential. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree plus minimum 5 years relevant experience OR a minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience within Six Sigma and/or other structured quality or lean manufacturing environments.
• Proven success in driving productivity improvements and implementing waste reduction initiatives.
• Ability to lead projects and drive change across all levels of a manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety performance across operations.
• Reduce waste including scrap, rework, and downtime to improve efficiency and cost.
• Lead departmental continuous improvement projects to strengthen execution and results.
• Improve first-pass yield and quality through process optimization and problem-solving.
• Increase productivity and operational effectiveness in the assigned manufacturing area.
• Reduce consumption of water, gas, and electricity to support sustainability goals.
• Partner with supervisors and hourly team members to foster learning and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with EMS standards and ISO 9000/14000 requirements.
• Provide site-wide support for special projects with data management and consolidation.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement engineering changes with accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with Production and Purchasing to manage materials affected by changes.
• Maintain communication with engineering stakeholders on change status and progress.
• Coordinate inventory rotation strategies to minimize scrap and obsolescence.
