Job summary

Electrolux Group is seeking a Manufacturing Project Engineer in Springfield, TN to define and improve manufacturing equipment and tooling, and to lead equipment installations with the Plant Manufacturing Engineering team.

The role emphasizes manufacturability analysis, safety and environmental compliance, and driving continuous improvement across Product Projects and related capacity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Bachelor or Master) required.
• 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong MS Office skills and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of Lean, Waste Elimination, Continuous Improvement and OEE.

Responsibilities

• Define and improve manufacturing equipment and tooling for plant use.
• Prepare technical specifications of equipment and tooling including safety and environment guidelines.
• Supervise equipment installation in cooperation with Plant Manufacturing Engineering.
• Perform manufacturability analysis of new Product Projects.
• Implement Manufacturing Engineering actions for new Product Projects.
• Support capacity, efficiency, and improvement projects with Plant Manufacturing Engineering.
