Sulzer USA seeks a Lean Systems Manager / Manufacturing Engineer to maximize factory performance using Lean and the Sulzer Excellence System. You will cultivate an improvement mindset across the plant and lead projects to improve productivity, lead times, inventory and cost savings.

Qualifications include a B.E./B.S. in Industrial Engineering or related field with Lean experience, 5 years in lean initiatives, and Green Belt or higher. Proficiency in MS Office, Inventor and AutoCAD 2D is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelors in Industrial Engineering or equivalent with Lean experience.
• Minimum 5 years of operational experience supporting lean initiatives.
• Lean Green Belt or higher certification required.

• Apply lean principles to maximize factory performance and profitability.
• Lead improvement projects delivering measurable gains in productivity and lead time.
• Develop and sustain daily management systems with KPI visual controls.
• Coach and train workers across factory levels in lean methods.
