W3Global is seeking a skilled Lean and continuous improvement leader to drive plant-wide initiatives. You will develop standardized processes, enhance reliability, and optimize facility layouts while managing capital projects from planning through implementation.
The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical discipline and 3–5 years in manufacturing or operational excellence. Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
Lead plant-wide Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, productivity, equipment uptime, and operational performance. Develop standardized processes, improve reliability and facility layouts, and manage capital projects from planning through implementation.
Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline and 3 to 5 years of manufacturing, industrial engineering, process improvement, or operational excellence experience. Candidates should have demonstrated Lean initiative leadership, experience with standard work and root cause analysis, project management capability, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel.
