Job summary

Sulzer is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the Quality Management System across manufacturing, repair, and service activities. You will audit, monitor, and troubleshoot deviations in production, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Quality teams to improve process capability and product quality.

The role requires a Bachelor level in a technical field and 3-7 years of experience, with knowledge of ISO 9001, root-cause tools, and data reporting using Excel or Power

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 3–7 years of quality engineering experience.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and root cause/corrective action processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality procedures and process controls.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement CAPA with verification of effectiveness.
• Develop inspection/test plans and review quality documentation and reports.
• Assist in audits, customer quality reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
