Job summary

Talnt is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Lean manufacturing initiatives across its operations, drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements through data-driven methods. You will align cross-functional teams to implement standardized work and sustainable programs.

You will coach teams, manage KPI dashboards, and deliver measurable gains in OEE, throughput, and waste reduction while building a culture of continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of CI/Lean manufacturing experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven success implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or related methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver improvements in safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs including OEE, scrap, downtime, throughput, and on-time delivery.
• Analytical, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement programs and Kaizen events to enhance manufacturing performance.
• Analyze KPIs, production data, workflows, and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement sustainable improvements using Lean principles and data-driven decisions.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to remove barriers and reduce non-value-added activities.
• Standardize best practices, standard work, and performance standards across operations.
• Drive improvements in OEE, scrap, downtime, throughput, and on-time delivery.
• Develop visual management, KPI dashboards, and tiered review processes.
• Lead 5S initiatives and foster employee engagement in Lean practices.
• Coach and mentor employees in Lean tools, Kaizen, and operational excellence.
• Present results and recommendations to leadership and align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain to scale improvements.
• Support automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives that boost performance.
