Job summary

Phillips and Temro Industries seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to coordinate production work orders, oversee staffing, and drive Lean initiatives across the plant floor. You will ensure timely execution of tasks, training and coaching, and effective collaboration with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in factory operations or supervision, strong communication, and a track record of improving processes while ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive operations/supervision experience.
• Experience coordinating production schedules and safety compliance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production work orders with materials and due dates.
• Provide technical advice and ensure accuracy of operations.
• Communicate work plans with staff and management.
• Champion Lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping standards.
• Supervise factory employees and liaise with departments.
