Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a 9- to 12-month contract position based in Brookfield, WI. The role focuses on sustaining and improving production efficiencies across assembly operations, applying Lean and Industrial Engineering practices, and strengthening internal and external customer-supplier relations.

The engineer will drive safety, quality and operational performance, with hands-on involvement on the shop floor and in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
• Knowledge of capital expenditure and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing and industrial engineering.
• Ability to perform materials management and optimization.
• Experience with SolidWorks, Time Study, Workflow Analysis, Layout Design and Process Improvement.
