Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production equipment.
• Hands-on CAD experience.
• Proficiency in manufacturing engineering principles and practices.
• Experience with lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Ability to apply Six Sigma concepts to process improvement.
• Strong root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Implement and refine workflows for optimal use of equipment, materials, and labor.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to align designs with operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Drive projects to reduce waste and improve overall equipment effectiveness.
• Support new product introductions by developing manufacturing processes.
• Assist with new equipment and process validation and documentation.
• Conduct root cause analyses to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Use CAD to support process layout, tooling, and fixture design.
• Monitor processes and equipment, recommending improvements as needed.
• Ensure processes meet safety standards and quality goals.
• Contribute to high product quality in line with industry standards.
