Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on industrial engineering in production/assembly.
• Proficiency with IE tools including time studies and workflow analysis.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering and process improvement.
• Ability to manage complex projects from start to finish within time and budget.
• Proficiency with CAE tools: SolidWorks, MATLAB, LabVIEW, Minitab, EES, CFD, FEA.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing practices.
• Excellent analytical skills for costs and budgets.
• Ability to develop and implement engineering standards and procedures.
• Strong communication to explain concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex engineering projects from initiation through completion on time and within budget.
• Apply advanced engineering principles to improve manufacturing and assembly operations.
• Identify and propose value-adding engineering projects.
• Model, analyze, and optimize using CAE tools (SolidWorks, MATLAB, LabVIEW, Minitab, EES, CFD, FEA).
• Develop and implement engineering standards and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
• Conduct time studies and industrial analyses to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Lead or support lean and process-improvement initiatives.
• Apply lean principles to reduce waste and improve throughput.
• Prepare and analyze cost data and budgets; advise on spending.
• Communicate status clearly to internal stakeholders.
• Support operations with practical engineering solutions.
• Assist line layouts and work flow optimization.
