Qualifications

• Understanding of Bosch Production System (BPS) or similar lean manufacturing principles.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
• Previous leadership or team-lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign work to dock operators and manage special projects.
• Verify operators' movements and ensure safety standards.
• Diagnose inventory problems and expedite product movement.
• Monitor aisle audits and conduct floor checks for deficiencies.
• Ensure all inspections on PIT equipment are completed.
• Communicate with various departments to expedite product priority.
• Assist the Replenishment team as needed.
