Bosch Power Tools in West Memphis, AR is seeking a Lean Continuous Improvement Coordinator to drive operational excellence on the production floor. You will partner with area leaders to identify waste, analyze issues, and implement improvements using Lean and BPS tools.

The role focuses on developing WPIs, sustaining audits, and engaging associates in continuous improvement, with emphasis on 5S, LPC, and data-driven problem solving. Health and retirement benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Industrial Technology, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business or related field preferred.
• Equivalents may be considered with Lean Manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead 5S and Layered Process Confirmation (LPC) programs with audits and actions.
• Coordinate and document CI projects to reduce waste, cost, defects, and inefficiencies.
• Train and coach employees on BPS principles, Lean tools, standard work, and CI practices.
• Review SmartLocker Vision reports and communicate RF device status and follow-up actions.
