Job summary

Bosch Power Tools in West Memphis, AR is seeking a Team Lead to efficiently set up and operate DSP production lines, supervise hourly staff, and drive 6S and continuous improvement using Bosch Production System tools.

You will coordinate line setup, oversee inventory activity, track performance, and partner with Customer Service, Receiving, and Quality to expedite orders while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations is essential.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge (Bosch Production System or similar) and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Set up DSP lines for production; lead and coach team members; ensure WPIs and processes are followed.
• Troubleshoot inventory issues; use CIP/BPS tools to streamline processes and reduce waste.
• Monitor 6S, perform line audits, maintain workplace cleanliness, and conduct floor checks.
